PURPOSE:To obtain a firm loading platform free of welding seams by bending and forming a plate into an inner plate and a back plate of the packing plate, and reinforcing said inner plate and the deck plate by means of an outer plate and a main beam to construct the packing box. CONSTITUTION:An inner plate 6 and a deck plate 5 constituting a side wall 1 and a bottom wall 2 of the packing box are formed by bending one plate. The upper end 1a of said inner plate 6 is bent to form a tubular part 8. The tubular part 8 and the inner plate 6 are reinforced by an outer plate 7. A cross beam 4 is fixed to the lower surface of the deck plate 5 by welding 19, and both ends of said cross beam 4 is covered with the lower end of the outer plate 7. |
