PURPOSE:To realize a stable control of water level following any change of the flow-in rate of water, by giving a correction to the ratio between the arithmetic interval of flow-in rate change and the feed-forward compensating interval in accordance with the change of flow-in rate of water. CONSTITUTION:The following component units are provided: a water level control operator 6; a discharged flow rate operator 7; a rotational frequency operator 8; a flow-in rate change operator 10''; and an execution clock producer 21' that divides the operation of the operator 10'' into the flow-in rate change arithmetic interval and the feed-forward compensating interval. For the flow-in rate change arithmetic interval, the rotational frequency of a pump 10 is fixed, and the change of flow-in rate to a pump 1 is presumed and stored by the operator 10'' from the changing factor of water level to the pump 1 and the real pumping change factor of the pump. While for the feed-forward compensating interval, a correction is given to the input to be supplied to the operator 7 by means of the presumed value of flow-in rate change that is presumed and stored as mentioned above. |
