PURPOSE:To decrease the variance of machining accuracy and to simplify the test and adjustment, by filling in foaming member to the inside of a waveguide and supporting and fixing a dielectric substance plate. CONSTITUTION:A foaming member 12 of a polarized wave converter is formed as to enclose a dielectric substance plate 4 and the plate 4 is fixed. Thus, no supporting part is required in the manufacture of a waveguide 8, which has less processing error. Since the foaming member has a specific dielectric constant, the inner diameter (a) of the waveguide is equivalently made larger and the frequency characteristics of the phase difference can be improved. |
