PURPOSE:To perform the transfer of the titled parts between jigs efficiently, by stopping the straight movement of a striking plate supported by a steel spring plate, and striking the ends of a plurality of parts which are inserted and arranged by the enertia at the same time. CONSTITUTION:The lead of the part 1 is inserted and arranged in an A jig 2 wherein holes are perforated in one line, and set on a receiving stand 15. One end of said lead is struck by the striking plate 4, and the part 1 is transferred to a B jig 3 on a receiving stand 16. The striking plate 4 is fixed to a support 6 via thesteel plate 5 and stopped by a stopper pin 9. When the pin 9 is released by a driving cylinder 10, the plate 4 moves straight by the force of a pulling spring 12 and stops at the position of a support 19 of a guide rod 7. The steel spring plate 5 is bent by this kinetic energy, and the strinking plate 4 is actuated. After the transfer, the plate 4 is returned to the stationary position by a drive back part 13. Since the force to be imparted to the striking plate 4 can be adjusted, the transfer can be performed without fail. |
