<p>PURPOSE:To prevent occurrences of deformation and deterioration of elastic body caused by a frictional heat, by pressing the upper holding plate toward the depositing table with a keep plate, when the pointed end installed on the upper surface of lower holding plate is deposited upon the upper holding plate by an ultrasonic means. CONSTITUTION:When the pointed end of projected parts 7 and 8 of lower holding plates 1 and 3 is ultrasonic-deposited on upper holding plates 2 and 4, respectively, plates 2 and 4 are pressed toward a depositing table 6 by pressing keep plates 14 and 15 installed on the upper surface of the plates 2 and 4 with a clamping jig 17, etc. In this way, it is arranged that the plates 2 and 4 do not vibrate synchronously with the vibration of ultrasonic phone 13. Therefore, plates 1, 2, 3 and 4 and an elastic plate 5 are fixed to the depositing table 6 in one body, and no frictional heat is produced on the contact surface of the plates 2 and 4 and the elastic plate 5. Thus thermal deformation and thermal deterioration of the elastic plate 5 can be prevented.</p> |
