PURPOSE:To automatically remove unnecessary over-sprayed agent, by providing belts that travel upward and are positioned laterally of a nozzle that sprays continuously a spray agent so that the surplus spraying agent is permitted to adhere to the belt and is scraped away at other places. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 2 having upright parts 1 on opposite sides thereof is continuously conveyed while a foamed synthetic resin is sprayed from the nozzle 6 continuously. The belts 4, 4 that travel upward are arranged laterally of the nozzle 6 and over the substrate 2 so that the surplus foamed synthetic resin flown out the substrate 2 is allowed to adhere to the belts 4, 4 and is scraped away at other sections. |
