PURPOSE:To reduce a diagnosis program area in an external storage device without reducing diagnosis accuracy by allowing a generator to refer and analyze a condition table and to automatically form an execution cyclic diagnosis program from a source cyclic diagnosis program in a main storage device. CONSTITUTION:When an operating system (OS) 2a is started, the generator m1 stored in the external storage device 1 is loaded to the main storage device 2 at the time of IPL or applying a start command. The main storage device 2 controls the generator m1 as a kind of job. When the generator m1 is transferred, the source cyclic diagnosis program m2 and a condition table m3 are loaded to the main storage device 2. The generator m1 automatically forms an execution cyclic diagnosis program module 2c from a source cyclic diagnosis program module m2 based on a condition and a regulation stored in the table m3. Since the external storage device 1 stores the cyclic diagnosis program as a reference instruction array or the like, the capacity of the storage can be reduced. |
