PURPOSE:To increase reliability in such a way that a headed pin is inserted so as to be respectively engaged with a disc and a locking plate, and the pin itself is provided with its turn-catch, and prevented from being drawn out by caulking the tip of the pin. CONSTITUTION:A hole to pass a turn-catch pin 6 is provided in the radial direction of a disc 2, and a semi-circular pin inserting groove 10 is provided on a locking plate 3. Then, the turn-catch pin 6 is inserted through the inner circumferential side in the radial direction so as to be respectively engaged with the disc 2 and the locking plate 3, its head part is brought into the spot facing side of the disc 2, and further caulking 7 at the tip is done so as not to allow the turn-catch pin 6 itself to be turned. |
