PURPOSE:To make the service to subscribers uniform and to effectively use the attendant board, by making an arrangement that, the number of calls for a specific number using the exchange attendant board of the own station exceeds a fixed value, the excess calls are transferred to another exchange when the exchange can attend for the calls. CONSTITUTION:A call adjustment controller RCONT detects the number of calls made for specific numbers, such as ''104'', etc., through an attendant board AATO of the exchange of own station, and, at the same time, can receive reception able information of attendant boards of other exchanges AAT1 and AAT2. When the number of calls through the attendant board of own exchange exceeds a fixed value and the other exchanges can attend to the calls, the controller RCONT transfers the attended call to the other exchanges by sending the outgoing side information to a common controller MKR. When the other exchange cannot attend to the calls, the controller RCONT sends the outgoing information to the controller MKR requesting that the calls be connected to the attendant board of own exchange. In this way, the service to subscribers can be equalized and, at the same time, the attendant board of the exchange can be used effectively. |
