The invention is for use primarily in thermostatically regulated radiator valves. For reasons of safety, the valve spindle of a valve of this kind is sealed off by means of two sealing rings arranged in series. In order to provide a valve in which the replacement of the second sealing ring (17) is possible without any special effort, in particular without the necessity of removing the loading spring (2) for the valve spindle (9), the second sealing ring (17), which is further away from the valve closing member (1), is arranged between the valve spindle (9) and a pre-setting element (14) for pre-setting or limiting a maximum opening of the valve. The second sealing ring (17) is preferably inserted into the pre-setting element (14). The latter can be screwed in and out of a cup-shaped element (7) which, for its part, is screwed into the valve housing (3). A third sealing ring (22) fulfils the task of sealing the cup-shaped element relative to the valve housing, while a fourth sealing ring (23) forms the seal between the cup-shaped element and the pre-setting element. <IMAGE> |
