PURPOSE:To produce charges having equal potential as the algebraic sum of the potentials of elements in opposite polarity to both the dielectric substance surfaces with uniform distribution, by opposing the back electrodes of a pair of electret elements and laminating the dielectric substance to the electret member. CONSTITUTION:Electret elements 231, 232 coated with electret members 221, 222 made of macropolymer film such as PP, TFE, FEP are laminated to back electrodes 211, 212 made of a conductive metallic base with opposed electrodes. Dielectric substances 241, 242 made of a conductive metal or an organic substance having equal or less area shape with each element are opposed to the members 221, 222 and laminated. Although the nonelectret part is present to the electret member, charges equal to the algebraic sum of the electret potentials and opposite to the polarity are uniformly distributed on both the dielectric substances. Thus, products rich in the moisture-proof and stable in the characteristics can be manufactured. |
