PURPOSE:To form a diaphragm plate excellent in heat resistance, by using a base plate formed with the metal such as titanium and luminum evaporated on netted or woven mesh base for silicon carbonate. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm plate original mold 10 along the shape of a specified diaphragm plate is formed with a metal plate, e.g., steel thin plate, and a mesh base 1 netting or weaving silicon carbonate is placed inside. This is put in the evaporation tank, and metal such as aluminum and titanium is deposited to form a metallic film 2 to the mesh base 1. The mtallic film 2 is formed to the back side of the mesh. Next, the diaphragm plate original mold 10 is removed by etching with nitric acid to form the dome shape diaphragm plate. Thus, the diaphragm plate withstanding high temperatures can be formed without limit of processing. |
