PURPOSE:To enhance heat transfer from a coil to an iron core and to prevent the outflow of impregnated resin by arranging an insulating sheet to fill up the space between the circumference surface of an iron core and a coil end wherein resin impregnation is applied to the whole stators after mounting a coil. CONSTITUTION:Fan-shaped perforated holes 10D are punched from a ring insulating material with the shape corresponding to the fan-shaped tooth sections 9 of a stator core 1 and an insulating sheet 10 uniting a radial insulating section 10G, internal circumference fringe 10E, and external circumference fringe 10F is formed. After inserting the radial section 10G into the base section of a slot 2 by engaging the perforated holes 10D of the insulating sheet 10 with the tooth sections 9 of the iron core, an angular stator coil 3 is mounted in the slot 2. Vacuum impregnated resin is applied to the whole stators. In this way, the space between the internal and external circumference surfaces of the iron core 1 and the coil end is filled up by the internal and external circumference fringes of the insulating sheet 10 to maintain resin. Thereby, enhancing the heat transmissibility. |
