PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a demodulating circuit and to obtain simple, inexpensive terminal equipment by transmitting read data, read out of a magnetic card, as they are and then transmitting code data successively. CONSTITUTION:A CLS on signal resets DFFs 61, 62, and 63, and sets an FF 64. An FM modulating circuit 7 stops, circuits 8 and 9 select read data, and a transmitting gate is opened. The off output of a timing control circuit 6 turns off all outputs A-D. The read data are sent, as they are, to a center through the circuit 9 and an IF 10, and counters 5a and 53 are synchronized with the read data during data reading operation. Then, a CLS off signal operates the FM circuit 7 and the DFF 62 turns of to switch an input to the circuit 8 to code data, thereby switching the output of the circuit 9 to the output of the FM circuit 7. With the DFF 63 set, a counter 54 sends a binary code to a selector 4. The selector 4 reads and outputs its bits, and after modulation, the transmitting IF 10 generates an output. |
