PURPOSE:To apply the predetermined mechanical working of the referential hole or the screw hole on a burried metal, by burrying the metal material having the dimention larger than the mechanical working dimension previously at the position of the ceramic member to be applied of the mechanical working. CONSTITUTION:The referential hole 6 for the positioning and the screw hole 7 for the fixing are made through the upper face of the holder 5 of the X-ray detection element. Said holes 6, 7 are worked mechanically in the following way. The tubular recess for inserting the burrying metal for working the holes 6 or 7 is formed on the upper face of the holder 5 made of the ceramic, then the ceramic powder is pressure molded by the conventional method together with the fitting slit for said X-ray shielding board and the X-ray shielding board associated with the electrode. Thereafter the burrying metal 10 made of the sealing metal such as copal is inserted to the recess and secured integrally. Then the predetermined mechanical working is applied in order to form the hole 6 or 7 in the burrying metal 10. |
