<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a noise caused by the vibration of a leakage core by fixedly welding the leakage core having a welding projection via the projection to any one of inner and outer laminated cores to secure each of the laminates. CONSTITUTION:A T-shaped laminated core 1 is secured by welding 4, 4 to the end face of laminate in the vicinity of the middle point of the span length of the inner laminated core 2 among the laminates. Two leakage cores 8 are matched in the laminating direction to the laminating direction of outer laminated core 6, and a projection 7 is secured by so-called projection welding to both sides of the core 6 in the vicinity of the middle point of the span length. Consequently, the core 6 is also secured among the laminates. A coil is wound via a coil bobbin on the core 2. L-shaped outer laminated core 5 is contacted with the core 3 at one end, is contacted with the core 2 at the other end, and the one side of the contacting sides is secured by welding.</p> |
