PURPOSE:To automatically inspect an operation of load in a short time, by making a self-diagnostic program PG run by a signal of a test switch TSW which has been provided on the outside of a device equipped with a microcomputer muCM. CONSTITUTION:When AC 100V power source 6 is connected to a controller 1 equipped with a muCM5, supply voltage Vcc develops through a transformer 2, a rectifying circuit 3 and a constant voltage circuit 4, and the muCM5 starts its operation. When a TSW7 which has been provided on the outside is turned on, the voltage Vcc is supplied to an input terminal I of the muCM5. The muCM5 decides the TSW7 two times through the terminal I, and enters a self-diagnostic PG only when the TSW7 is turned on both two times. The self-diagnostic PG permits a timer interruption, and after that, repeats to turn on output terminals 01-08 in order only for a prescribed time. In this way. LEDs LE1-LE3 being load, and relays RY1, RY2 are operated in order, LED LE4, LE5 for confirming an operation of the relays are lighted, and an operation of load is tested. |
