<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing steps of an inductor by cutting a loop member of the shape in which two loop members of approximately U shape are butted to form the inductor. CONSTITUTION:A wire material 21 is wound on the periphery of a male die 17, and a pair of female dies 16A, 16B are so urged as to interpose the die 17 of this state therebetween. After the loop member 11 thus pressed is drawn from the die 17 by retarding the dies 16A, 16B at both sides, it is cut into two at the cutting position 14. Thus, two loops 12, 13 are simultaneously manufactured.</p> |
