PURPOSE:To inspect an operation of load, and an input signal in a short time and exactly, by making a self-diagnostic program run separately from a regular program, by a signal of a test switch which has been provided on the outside of a product. CONSTITUTION:When an AC 100V 6 is connected to a product 1 which has been provided with a microcomputer muCM5, voltage Vcc develops, and the muCM5 starts its operation. When a TST7 is turned on, the voltage Vcc is supplied to an input terminal I1 of the muCM5 the muCM5 decides the test switch (TSW) 7 two times through the terminal I1, stops a regular operation mode ad enters a self-diagnostic program PG only in case when the TSW7 is turned on both two times. The self- diagnostic program (PG) permits a timer interruption, and after that, turns on an output terminal O1 only for (t) seconds of a constant time, subsequently turns on and off terminals O2-O8 in the same way, and after that, decides whether a SW8 is on or not, turns on an LED LE1 in case of on, and turns off the LE1 in case of off. Rhe subsequent operation is executed in the same way, and at the time when an inspection of the final SW has been finished, whether only a constant time T has elapsed or not is decided, and when it has elapsed, a regular routine is made to run automarically. |
