PURPOSE:To exactly inspect an input signal in a short time, by making a self- diagnostic program PG run by a signal of a test switch TSW which has been provided on the outside of a device equipped with a microcomputer muCM. CONSTITUTION:When AC 100V power source 6 is connected to a device 1 equipped with a muCM5, supply voltage Vcc develops through a transformer 2, rectifying circuit 3 and a constant voltage circuit 4, and the muCM5 starts its operation. When a TSW7 is turned on, the voltage Vcc is supplied to the muCM5, the muCM5 decides the TSW7 through an input terminal I1, and enters a self-diagnostic PG only when the TSW7 is turned on both two times. The self-diagnostic PG permits a timer interruption, and after that, decides whether a SW8 is on or not, and turns on a LED LE1 in case of on and turns it off in case of off. Subsequently, SWs 9, 10 are turned on an off in order in the same way, corresponding LEDs LE2-LE5 are turned on and off, and input signal is inspected. |
