PURPOSE:To remove or attenuate unnecessary vibration without limiting the range of deflecting by forming lead, tin or alloy of lead and tin between piezoelectric ceramic elements. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 11, 12 are mounted on both main surfaces of the first piezoelectric ceramic element 10 of PZT- or three-component material. Electrodes 21, 22 are mounted similarly on both main surfaces of the second piezoelectric ceramic element 20 to the element 10. The elements 10, 20 are formed by laminating an elastic layer 30 made of Sn and Pb alloy sheets with adhesive 40. |
