PURPOSE:To prevent a picture blur by composing a buffer of ring members arranged at the stand-by position of a moving member, by giving those ring members bevels so as to contact each other, and by making at least one of the ring members of an elastic body. CONSTITUTION:A buffering means 10 is provided at the stand-by position of the 1st scanning member bracket 2 and the 2nd scanning member bracket 3. This buffering means 10 consists of two ring-shaped members 10a and 10b covering a guide rod 1. Then, those ring-shaped members 10a and 10b have bevels so as to contact those bevels each other. The ring-shaped member 10b is made of an elastic body, and the other ring-shaped member 10a is made of metal and fixed to the guide rod 1. This device a has large buffering effect, so rebounding distances of a moving member and a scanning member are small, so that a picture at a leading edge has no blur. |
