PURPOSE:To simplify a photovoltaic element by forming a reverse conductive type semiconductor film to a plurality of one conductive semiconductor films and commonly connected on the films and forming a polurality of electrodes corresponding to the semiconductor films and an electrode connected to the one conductive type layer at the electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A Ga-doped CdS 12 is printed in a pattern shape on a glass substrate 11, is baked, a CdTe layer 13 is formed by a screen printing method on the overall surface, is then baked, an electrode 14 corresponding to the layer 12 is formed on carbon paste, an In electrode 15 is deposited to connected the electrode 14 to the layer 12, and a photovoltaic device in which CdS/CdTe are connected in series is formed. Thus, the device can be simplified and manufactured with low colst, and the yield of the device can be improved. |
