<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a valve from suffering from any serious destruction or damage, by assigning the strength of structures of the yoke sleeve and screw retainer ring of the valve and these related parts, to a certain specified level of destruction load. CONSTITUTION:A notch 18 is provided on yoke sleeve 8 of a sluice valve. This constitution may guarantee that yoke sleeve 8 breaks at first at notch 18, while saving the valve itself from a serious destruction or damage even when the valve is forcibly operated beyond its operational capacity.</p> |
