The plant includes an ultrasonic emulsifier (1), which can be fed with water in tank (5), which has a water-softener (15), 2-way solenoid valve (EV2) and doser (6). An oil tank (3) is used, with a tank (4) contg. returned emulsion; plus two 3-way solenoid valves (EV1, EV3), and bypass circuits with manually-operated valves (8,9). The result is that pump (2) can feed a burner (7) with pure oil and return the excess to tank (3). The pump (2) can also feed emulsion (4) to the burner (7), or supply the latter with oil (3) and water (5) emulsified in unit (1). An electronic circuit triggered by a thermostat includes timing relay (10); main relay (11); distributor relay (12), and a level contact (13) on tank (4), so the system can operate automatically.
