PURPOSE:To prepare a gratinlike food which can be cooked extremely easily, by placing dried ingredients together with powdery sauce mix containing powdery roux in a heat-resistant tray made of paperboard laminated with a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:Powdery sauce mix 3 obtained by mixing powdery roux with seasonings is placed tgether with dried ingredients 4 such as vegetables, fish, shellfish, etc. in a heat-resistant tray 1 having a synthetic resin laminate 2. For cooking, the powdery sauce mix is mixed with milk in a separate vessel with heating; the mixture is tansferred to the tray still hot, and mixed with the dried ingredients; and the contents of the tray is heated in an oven, etc. |
