PURPOSE:To form a transfer recording image having durability, by successively providing the first and second heat-meltable layers to a support and separately containing an epoxy resin and the curing agent of said epoxy resin in one layer and the other layer respectively. CONSTITUTION:The first and second heat-meltable layers 13, 14 are respectively provided on a support 12. It is necessary to make the first layer easy to release from the support at the time of heating and the flocculation force of the first layer is made low so as to transfer the whole of the heated area of the first layer to a recording medium. Since irregularity is generated in the density of a recording image and no sharp printing is obtained when the second layer is excessively penetrated in the recording medium, it is pref. that the flocculation force and melt viscosity of the second layer are high. Usually, the flocculation force of the first layer is et to 2-100kg/cm<2> at 20 deg.C and that of the second layer is set to 30-300kg/cm<2> at 20 deg.C. An epoxy resin and a curing agent may be separately added to both layers but, for the purpose of enhancing the fixing property of printing, a combination wherein the curing agent is contained in the first layer and the epoxy resin is contained in the second layer is pref. |
