PURPOSE:To facilitate the setting operation of iron bars for concrete by a method in which when a water-wheel casing is installed and concrete is placed, water is charged into the casing in such a way as to make the cross sections of tensile materials smaller. CONSTITUTION:A casing 1 is supported by a tensile material 2 and fixed to a floor base 3. Water is then charged to the lower part of a stay vane into the casing 1 and concrete is placed. Loads of water in the casing 1 are applied thereby, and the number of fitting processes for the tensile material 2 can thus be reduced and the setting operation of iron bars for the ferro-concrete can be made easier. |
