PURPOSE:To realize easy warning monitoring operation by classifying the abnormality warning of a process by a device level, equipment level, and sensor level hierarchically and displaying them from the higher order level systematically in order. CONSTITUTION:The abnormality detection part of the process includes devices 7A-7L in the process, and respective devices are provided with equipments 7AA-7AP of the equipment level and sensors 7AAA-7AAQ of the sensor level, etc., are arranged in order hierarchically. For example, abnormality occurs to the device 7A by being caused by the equipment 7A and plural sensors of the sensors 7AAA-7AAQ detect the fault. Then, a display device displays 7A warning, then 7AA warning, and lastly 7AAA warning, 7AAC warning, and 7AAE warning in order from the top level systematically. When the cause of none of sensor levels is displayed, stored cause data are read and displayed successively by a command from a keyboard. |
