PURPOSE:To perform coating operation without interruption by providing a flux cylinder interchangeably between three positions on the upper end of a die head and formed part holding cylinder fixed triangularly on a base stand. CONSTITUTION:Flux is thrown into a receiving cylinder 12 from a chute 13 at flux forming position. Then, formed flux is made in a flux cylinder 6a using the piston head 2a of lower formed part holding cylinder 2 and the piston head 16 of upper forming pressure cylinder 15. Next, the flux cylinder 6a is horizontally moved to the coating position by driving a shifting cylinder 10a. The flux is pushed to a die head 3 by forward movement of a piston head 19 and coated uniformly on the outer circumference of a core wire fed by a core wire feeder 4. Then, it is discharged on a cross conveyor 5. |
