<p>A governor and decelerator control linkage has two shafts (16 and 17) journalled in a housing (10) and a one-way coupling (18) permits rotation of the second shaft (17) either independently of the first shaft (16) or as a result of rotation of the first shaft (16) or as a result of rotation of the first shaft (16). A lever (19) fixed to the second shaft (17) may be moved between first and second limit positions by moving a lever (24) on the first shaft (16) or may be moved between the first limit position and an intermediate position by moving a third lever (28- 29) which is mounted on a third shaft (27). </p> |
