<p>The sprung shoe permits spring assisted jumping for a sportsman. The spring shoe consists of an upper plate to be attached to the foot of the user and a lower plate (2) placed on to the floor with one or more pressure springs (3,4) positioned between them in such a way that the upper ends of the pressure springs are rigidly fitted to the upper plate (1), whilst the other ends of the springs are connected to the lower plate (2). Guide devices for the springs are fitted in the form of stops between the two plates and rigidly fitted central sections loosely enclosed by the springs.</p> |
