The changeover device allows a medium delivered by a jet pipe of a high-pressure cleaning machine to be sprayed out of different nozzles. It has a hollow body secured to the jet pipe outlet. This contains two or more outlets, forming valve seats, and a freely movable valve plug shutting off the outlet against whose seat it is pressed. The number of plugs is one less than the number of seats. The outlets from the one-piece hollow body (7) are formed by nozzle bores (14,15) in its wall. The body can be cylindrical, with a step (8) against which a connecting union nut (5) bears, securing it to the jet pipe (2). A seal (11) is pref. clamped between the mating end faces of the body and pipe.
