PURPOSE:To prevent breakdown of heat radiation fin through restriction of deformation of heat radiation fin, by providing a restriction fin interferring inflow of insulating oil at the outermost position of a plurality of heat radiation fins formed in parallel at a determined distance from the sidewall of a tank. CONSTITUTION:Restriction fins 20, 22 interferring inflow of insulating oil and having interval P2 smaller than the interval P1 are provided at the outer most position of a plurality of heat radiation fins 17c, 17c', 18b, 18b' formed in paral lel at a determined distance from the sidewall 12 of tank. Therefore, when pressure in the tank rises and the heat radiation fins 17c, 17c' 18b, 18b' deform to the outside, they are abutted on the restriction fins 20, 22 to restrict further deformation. Thereby, breakdown of heat radiation fins can be prevented with simplified structure.
