PURPOSE:To transfer shapes easily and precisely by transferring the surface pattern of a sample such as hair to a transparent paint applied to a transparent film. CONSTITUTION:Transparent paint 9 is applied to the surface of a transparent film 1 fed from a feed reel through a motor 4 and a winding reel 3 to form a painted film with a prescribed thickness. When a sample 14 such as hair is pressed to the painted film by press rollers 16 and 17 and the top of the sample 14 is detected through a photocoupler 20 or the like, a timer starts, so that the motor stops during a prescribed period and also the tranveling of film 1 stops. After passing through the prescribed period controlled by the timer, the film 1 travels again and the shape of the sample 14 which is formed on the painted film separated from the film 1 and dried out is magnified and observed by a microscope or the like. The automatic transfer using these transparent film and transparent paint makes it possible to transfer shapes easily and precisely. |
