<p>One or a plurality of glass bottles are fed in a horizontal position, under the beam-shaped support and are rotated. The aim is to provide a method and a device which make possible the deposit of a coating layer on glass bottles in a simpler and faster way, with a precise thickness and at low cost of energy and apparatus. According to the device, there is used as a coating material a precooked plastic material. The viscosity of the coating material is variable. According to the device, there is provided a frame (1) at an end of which there is arranged a means for supporting the mouthpieces and at the other end a support (3) for the bottle bottoms (4); at least on of the supports (3) is arranged slidingly. The nozzles (9) secured to the beam-shaped support are orientable from a vertical position to angular positions. When the nozzles are working their position is fixed. </p> |
