PURPOSE:To exclude the effect of distributed capacity, by connecting a capacitor between an input and reference potential of the 2nd inverter of the 1st and 2nd inverters forming a closed loop and in cascade connection between the input and output, and providing a current limiting circuit between the input and the output. CONSTITUTION:When the 1st inverter G1 outputs a high level, capacitors C1, C2 and distributed capacity CGS2 are rapidly charged and the input of the 2nd inverter G2 rises vertically. Since the output of the 2nd inverter G2 is at L level, the capacitor C2 is charged with a constant current limiting circuit CC and the input of the inverter G2 is fallen down straightly. When the value decreases to the threshold value of the inverter G2, the inverter G2 is inverted and the output of the inverter G1 is at L level, and the input to the inverter G2 rises vertically. The capacitor C2 is charged at a circuit CC, and when the charging potential rises to the threshold value, the inverter G2 is inverted. The same operations are repeated. |
