HARDENING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To improve operability and to prevent formation of the unsatisfactory products by dividing the hardening apparatus for hardening and insulating the electrical parts embedded in synthetic resin into a plurality of blocks and making each block temperature controllable independently. CONSTITUTION:The carrying device is installed in the hardening apparatus which hardens the electrical parts such as the high potential transformer into which synthetic resin is injected and the hardening apparatus is divided into a plurality of blocks B1-B10, each being made temperature-controllable independently. The exhaust ducts 4a-4c are installed for safety at the gas generating places and a suction blower 7 is installed at the boundary between a low temperature zone and a high temperature zone. The electrical parts injected with synthetic resin are charged into the first block B1 by a conveyer 1 and are passed in sequence through the each block maintained at the predetermined temperature and are taken out from the 10th block B10.
