PURPOSE:To detect the abnormality of cable connection according to whether the signals for diagnose are correctly transmitted or not by constituting so that the signal line for diagnose transmitting the signals for diagnose may be made cascade connection at the time of normal connection of the cable. CONSTITUTION:Plurality of signal lines are contained in the cables 1-3 of which one at least is secured as the signal lines 8-10 for diagnose. The signal lines 8-10 are made cascade connection as illustrated to form a bus of signals for diagnose passing through all of the cables 1-3. From one end of said bus an optional logic signal is put in as a signal (a) for diagnose through an input means 11 to be detected as the diagnose signal (b) through an output means 12 and to be checked through an abnormality information means 13. In case the comparative results of the signals (a) and (b) do not agree it means that the signal bus has an improper connection, a cable failure or an error connection of connector thus putting out an abnormality information signal (c). |
