PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency in recovering waste heat by reducing the supercooling degree in condensation of circulating medium in a power generating equipment which utilizes waste heat. CONSTITUTION:The condensation temperature of the circulating medium which comes-out from an LNG evaporator 1 is detected by a temperature detector 16, and a controller 14 performs calculation so that the circulating medium has a saturated pressure for the temperature detected, and the outlet pressure of an expansion turbine 4 is controlled by a throttle valve 15 at the inlet of the expansion turbine so that the aimed value is obtained. Also the pressure at the exit of the expansion turbine 4 is detected by a pressure detector 13, and the temperature and the pressure of the circulating medium are always trnasmitted as information to the controller 14, and thus the exit pressure of the expansion turbine 4 is controlled properly. |
