PURPOSE:To make intelligible an operation input part of a device for executing the remote control which has been changed to a multifunction, by changing over the display of a display part whenever a function key is pushed, and generating a corresponding control signal. CONSTITUTION:An originating device is constituted of, for instance, an input key 1, an input key detection processing circuit 2, a display driving circuit 3, a display part 4 and a transmitting part 5 of a digital remote control signal. A microcomputer is used for the input key detection processing circuit 2, which switch among the input key 1 has been pushed is detected by a key discriminating circuit 7, and in accordance with this detection, a remote control serial code signal of a digital code which is different in each switch is generated by a remote control code generating circuit 8. In a display changeover signal generating circuit 11, a different display changeover signal is generated in accordance with an input as to which function is controlled, it is outputted provided to the display driving circuit 3, and the display of the display part 4 is changed over. |
