PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for preparation of a measuring measure and to obviate the labor required for measurement by disposing a measuring mechanism part constituted of the measuring measure, liquid discharging lever, etc. to a cap body fitted tightly and freely attachably and detachably to the upper part of a container and constructing integrally said part with the container. CONSTITUTION:The measuring mechanism part constituted of the measuring measure 3, the liquid discharging lever 4, etc. disposed to the cap body 2 fitted tightly and freely attachably and detachably by means of a screw, etc. is disposed onto the container 1 and is constructed integrally with the container 1. A stop valve 7 disposed to the inside surface at the tip of the end face in the upper part of the measure 3 is sealed to close hermetically the container 1, by which the cap function is provided to the container. The valve 7 is acted to seal a liquid discharge port 6 and to prevent the back flow from a communicating pipe 5 installed between the container 1 and the measure 3 to the container 1 in order to function the measure 3 as the hermetically closed container to provide the measuring function. The liquid measurement in the container 1 is thus made possible. The need for preparing the measuring measure is thus eliminated and the labor required for the measurement is obviated.
