PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for manual work and to considerably improve working efficiency by rotating a winding frame, and winding an electric wire and insulating paper together with ducts thereon thereby forming a coil. CONSTITUTION:A winding shaft 25 is rotated by the driving part 29 of a winding machine unit Z, and insulating paper 30 and an electric wire 31 are wound on a winding frame 1, up to the prescribed layer where a duct 11 is ought to be inserted. When this prescribed layer is attained, the rotation of the shaft 25 is stopped, and the supply of the duct 11 is received from a duct stock unit X, thence while the duct 11 is held pressed to the coil surface by a duct pressing unit Y, the shaft 25 is again rotated. The electric wire 31 is wound on the duct 11, and this is continued up to the layer to be inserted with the next duct 11. Upon completion of the coil, one guide plate 24 retreats, and pivot supporting part disengage, so that pins 12 are pulled from the fixing means. The winding shaft 25 is bent from the pivot supporting part and a coil 2 is removed. At this time, then pins 12 remain on the guide plate 24 side while being held fixed to fixing means 13, and therefore they are easily pulled off from the coil 2. |
