PURPOSE:To facilitate a titled controlling and prevent the generation of excessive controlling force in sections by performing controlling of in-furnace tension by both of tension sharing in each section and tension pattern over the entire parts of the inside of furnace. CONSTITUTION:An in-section tension sharing schedule circuit 11 calculates the tension sharing values in respective sections 3A-3D from predetermined patterns and sets the same. The set values are outputted to each of the respective sections, and are compared with the output differences of the inlet and outlet side tension meters 7A-7E in the respective sections. The deviation components thereof are inputted to multipliers 12A-12D. The correction gains from an in-furnace tension pattern control circuit 13 are inputted to the multipliers 12A-12D, and the deviation components are amplified by as much as these gains, and are inputted to speed regulators 6A-6D. Hence, the tension sharing set by the circuit 11 is controlled by correcting the speeds of rolls 2 in accordance with the correction gains inputted to the multipliers 12A-12D. |
