PURPOSE:To provide a weldable alloy which has thorough wettability with Ti, Zr boride ceramics and has excellent welding strength by using Si as an essential component and incorporating elements of 1 or >=2 kinds selected from group Ti elements, group V elements and Y therein. CONSTITUTION:The Si is used as the essential component and 1 or >=2 kinds of the elements selected from the group Ti elements Ti, Zr, Hf, group V elements V, Nb, Ta and Y are combined therewith, by which the Ti, Zr boride ceramic weldable alloy is produced. Part of the above-mentioned elements of such alloy are replaced with Fe, Ni, Co, Al, Cu..., etc. according to the intended applications. The alloy which has the thorough weldability with the Ti, Zr boride ceramics and has the high welding strength is thus obtd. |
