PURPOSE:To enhance the sublimation or evaporation treatment efficiency of a substance, by applying the change in pressure to the substance in a hermetically closed container and/or supplying gas to the substance from one side of said hermetically closed container to the other side thereof to perform sublimation, evaporation and elution. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 1a is rotated and a supply apparatus 1d is opened to supply a predetermined amount of cement, a fine aggregate and a coarse aggregate to a hermetically closed container 1 and water is supplied to perform kneading in the hermetically closed container 1. When the supply apparatus 1d is closed and a valve 5 is opened to operate a vacuum suction apparatus 2 and a predetermined vacuum degree is achieved, valves 6a, 14a are closed and the valve 5a is closed to return the hermetically closed container 1 to atmospheric pressure. After the aforementioned pressure reduction and restoration were repeated several times, the operation of the vacuum suction apparatus 2 is stopped and, subsequently, when a discharge apparatus 1c is opened, ready mixed concrete having been subjected to pressure change treatment is discharged.
