PURPOSE:To reduce the current capacity of a power switch by supplying electric power to an actuating circuit from the power switch and then sending out a signal transmission indication signal to a driver through the actuating circuit, and supplying a signal which indicates an operation state to the C-MOS circuit of a monitor. CONSTITUTION:A NAND circuit 91 is off before the power switch 5 of the monitor 3 is turned on and NAND circuits 41-43 which constitute the driver 4 are disabled, so that signals indicating operation states at respective points B1, B2-B3 are prevented from being sent out. When the power switch 5 is turned on, the NAND circuit 91 becomes able to operate and its output is '0'. The output of an NOT circuit 93 is therefore '1' and the NAND circuits 41-43 are enabled. Consequently, the signals indicating the operation states at B1-B3 are sent out to the C-MOS circuit 6 of the monitor 3 through signal lines 23-25.
