PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a boundary between a cone part and an edge part, by making a sheet for the cone part through the use of a circular net providing a mask consisting of an elastic body forming holes at the external circumference. CONSTITUTION:An elastic body is used as a mask 8' having holes 7' provided at the external circumference of a circular net 6'. A material 5 for the cone part is attached only to the hole 7' of the circular net 6' by making thicker the thickness of the mask 8' than that of the 6' to increase the thickness of the mask 8'. When the circular net 6' is turned and a pressure is received from a touch roll, the mask 8' is compressed and the thickness of the mask 8' is made the same as that of the material for the cone part made to the hole 7'. Thus, the accuracy of boundary between the cone and the edge can be increased, because the range of making the cone part material is limited within the hole 7'.
