PURPOSE:To dissolve powder efficiently and to enable the adjustment of a high- viscosity solution, by feeding a solvent to a dissolving tank first, decompressing the tank, feeding a solute to it, and using three kinds of stirrers. CONSTITUTION:A solvent is fed from the feed pipe 20 to the dissolving tank 1, and a given amount of solute powder is added to the hopper 3. The stirrer 2 consisting of the U-shaped rotating blade, the upward sending stirrer 4 transporting contents upward by rotation, and the down sending stirrer 5 transporting the contents downward by the rotating part 15 are started, and the vacuum pump 7 is started so that the tank is decompressed to introduce the powder from the feed pipe 11. The automatic valve 21 prevents the introduction of unnecessary air. After the dissolution is over, a solution is taken out from the outlet pipe 18 at the bottom of the tank 1. |
