PURPOSE:To facilitate a slender armature having low inertia by aligning axially armature conductors or using solenoid coils inclined with respect to the axial direction for an armature coil. CONSTITUTION:Since a coil current has, when a coil C is wound obliquely with respect to the axis S of an armature and is aligned in the axial direction, an axial component, a rotating torque occurs. This coil is formed by sequentially obliquely winding coils 1 3 on a suitable bobbin to form a solenoid coil, molding the solenoid coil with varnish, resin or the like and then pulling the bobbin as required. The solenoid coil is held and fixed to a base 4, a commutator 5 and a rotating shaft are provided, and an armature is thus composed. Thus, a slender armature having low inertia can be readily manufactured. |
